Marie-Pier Malouin is a Montreal based artist. She works with textile and fibers in exploring and drawing inspiration from science. After studying fine art at CEGEP du Vieux Montreal, her intellectual curiosity brought her to the University of Montreal to study anthropology. The concept that she explored there is now taking an important place in her work. Before going back to fine arts, she went to get technical skills in fine woodworking.Today, she is in her final year at Concordia University Bachelor of Fine Arts where she receved the Golden Key International award for the excellence in academic results.
